Eventually the negative thoughts, emotions and behavioral patterns we have always felt safe in, no longer serve us. I believe the desire to find a new way to live grows stronger than the fear of change.
I help individuals and couples like you bring awareness to the underlying patterns that have long driven their reactions, behaviors, and decisions. I help them to face difficult feelings of fear, sadness, and anger that lie beneath the surface. Becoming more conscious rather than acting from habit or fear allows them greater freedom. It allows them to take responsibility for their lives and to live in the present, as well as to connect more deeply with themselves and others.
