Therapy is an investment in your future self.  Below you can find information regarding session fees for services, acknowledgement of discounted fees, information on how insurance is handled in my practice, as well as how payment can be made.   


  • My hourly base rate for therapy services for individuals is $130, and for couples is $150. I provide the following types of services with fees listed for your convenience.

    • Individual Therapy (50 minutes) – $130/session

    • Couple Therapy (50 minutes) – $150/session

    • Extended Couple Therapy (80 minutes) – $200/session

    • Couple Workshop (3 hours) – $400/session 

    • Group Therapy (90 minutes) – $50/person/session, unless otherwise noted


  • I am committed to making therapy more accessible and affordable. I offer appointment fees based on a sliding scale where the session fee is determined by household income.  Contact me to determine your eligibility for a lower session rate.   

  • If discounted fee appointments are not available, or the discounted fee does not meet your needs, I will help you locate other services, so feel free to contact me for more information. 


  • I am considered an “out-of-network” provider with most insurance companies. Although you will pay the fee at the time of service, I would be happy to provide you with a billing statement for services rendered so you may file an “out-of-network” provider claim to obtain reimbursement. 

  • I cannot make any guarantees about how much you will be reimbursed by your insurance carrier.  If you wish to pursue this option, I recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking the following questions to determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health (psychotherapy) benefits?

    • Do I have out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits?

    • Is any pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network (OON) mental health services?

    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

    • If I have out-of-network mental health benefits, will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid or a portion?

    • Does my OON plan limit my therapy sessions per calendar year and how many sessions are allowed?

    • What documentation needs to be submitted for reimbursement?


  • I accept cash, check or debit/credit cards for payment due at the time of service, or at monthly statement.

  • For your convenience, I accept debit/credit card payments through PayPal. Note, you do not need a PayPal account to use this service and can simply use the payment button below to make payments.
