For Individuals And Couples Seeking Group Support For Conscious Living
Our group support offerings invite you into a safe and supportive space where consciousness and relational healing are at the center of the work. You're supported in exploring deeper connection, self-understanding, and meaningful change — whether you're coming as an individual or as part of a couple. Grounded in Jungian-oriented and Internal Family Systems approaches, our groups offer a nurturing environment that encourages clarity, self-responsibility, healing, and growth. You're empowered to navigate the complexities of relationships with greater awareness, intention, and compassion through experiences designed to be both supportive and transformative.

Below is a list of some of our ongoing group offerings.

Why Group Support?
Encouraging Self-Understanding & Social Connection

Group support offers you a supportive space to grow, connect, and improve the quality of your life and relationships.
Participating in groups will offer you an opportunity to be supported in becoming more comfortable with your own emotions and with the emotions of others, while building confidence in expressing yourself in ways that foster closeness and meaningful connection.

Group work can be a powerful complement to individual therapy, or a meaningful path on its own. It can help ease feelings of loneliness, stress, and anxiety, while strengthening your sense of belonging and reminding you that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
