I help individuals and couples break down walls. I help them face irrational beliefs that keep them stuck in emotional difficulties. Becoming more conscious rather than acting from habit or fear allows them greater freedom. It allows them to take responsibility for their own lives, be fully present, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.

Most people haven't heard of Philosophical Counseling, however, they have heard of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)-- Philosophical Counseling utilizes Logic-based Therapy which is a branch of those (CBT/REBT) and is a form of therapy enlightened by philosophy and logic. As a Philosophical Practitioner, I'm trained in Logic-based Therapy and recognized by the National Philosophical Counseling Association (formerly the American Society for Philosophy, Counseling, and Psychotherapy). I'm certified as a Philosophical Consultant, and trained to help clients deal with many kinds of problems that people confront in the course of everyday life. These include but are not limited to:
